Return and Refund Policy

At Kontainer Kings, we pride ourselves on supplying high-quality new and used shipping containers and offering reliable container rentals. Your well-being is our goal. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policies below.

  1. Container sales (new & used)

  2. a. New containers

  3. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or collection.

  4. Containers must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as when received.

  5. Customers are responsible for return transport to our depot or the specified return location.

  6. b. Used containers

  7. All sales of used containers are final unless the container does not match the description (e.g., wrong size, wrong quality, or undisclosed major structural damage).

  8. Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 working days of delivery with photos and written information.

  9. After inspection, Kontainer Kings may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement, repair, or refund.

  10. c. Disposable containers

  11. Containers that have been modified, painted or altered after delivery.

  12. Containers for storing dangerous, toxic or illegal substances.

  13. 2. Container rental & leasing

  14. a. Rental return

  15. Containers must be returned in perfect condition at the end of the rental period, taking normal wear and tear into account.

  16. If collection is arranged by Kontainer Kings, customers must ensure clear and safe access to the collection point.

  17. b. Damage and cleaning

  18. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

  19. Containers returned with dirt or contaminants may be subject to a cleaning fee.

  20. c. Early termination

  21. Rental fees will not be refunded if the customer terminates the contract prematurely, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  22. 3. Refunds

  23. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after review and approval.

  24. Delivery, pickup, and return transportation fees are non-refundable.

  25. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
