Product details

These units, made of weather-resistant carbon steel, are safe from wind, water, vermin, and theft.

The longer and less commonly available 40-foot container is suitable for large properties with plenty of space for on-site storage. At just over 12 meters long, they generally don't fit into standard apartment blocks, although in some cases they can be squeezed onto large driveways.

Due to their large internal volume, they are often used for more than just storing household or business goods. They are a cost-effective and ready-to-use alternative to sheds or workshops. They can store machine and equipment parts, or with minor adaptations, they can be used as construction site offices or accommodations away from the main building.

Whatever you store in your 40-foot container, you can be sure it is safe.

How is this container delivered?

We want to make your container delivery on-site as smooth as possible. Please inform us when requesting a quote if there are any obstacles near your planned container location, such as power lines or if access for a truck might be difficult.

Also, make sure the area where the truck needs to drive is clear and that pets and children are safe.

Local delivery can be arranged in the following ways.

40ft Container Delivery

Tilting tray

Tipper bodies transport containers from the back of a truck. Similar to a tow truck, the body is mechanically lowered at an angle and the container is pushed off while the truck slowly moves forward. This is the most common method of transporting containers. Tipper bodies are not suitable for locations with overhead power lines, as the container height increases significantly during tipping.

Crane Container Delivery

Side loader

We use sideloaders to transport our 20- and 40-foot containers. This is the optimal delivery method for containers in locations with limited space in front of or behind the container site. The container is unloaded between the two booms of the sideloader, approximately half a meter from the side of the truck.

40ft Container Delivery

Hiab crane

Hiab cranes lift containers using a mechanism behind the truck cab. They are used when space for a side loader or tipper body is limited. Using a crane, the container can be easily positioned at an angle or on a raised surface. It can also be used to negotiate fences or other obstacles.
